Actually, I'm doing my practical at Housecoff and basically Housecoff have four subsidiaries such as Housecoff Sdn Bhd which focus on developers, Housecoff Travel & Tours, KMN Development and Mayapuri. So, I was assigned to be in Housecoff Travel & Tours and Housecoff Sdn. Bhd. Located in Seremban.
Yeah...as for de first week, I just learn about company systems, create travel package for my customers. The most things that I like is called tour operator / ground arrangement around Asean. Hehehehe... I learnt on how to communicate well to avoid any misunderstanding. Hah. One more thing, before, I don't like to talk with unknown people via phone but then I don't know how come I like it. Muahahahah....
Huh... actually, susah juga la nak cope dengan something yang luar bidang bcoz I'm an English student (erkkk...layak ke aku dengan gelaran ni), then kena buat praktikal bahagian tourism but then ok la sbb pernah belajar buat brochure segala bagai.
Alhamdulillah, dapat bos2 yg baik, penyelia pun baik and 99.99% Muslims. Hehehehe... Dorang sangat ambil berat terhadap pekerja.
